Sign up as soon as possible. Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will be registered upon receipt of full payment. Checks should be made out to Seward Park Clay Studio. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

Clay Camp for kids age 7-12 with Peter Avriett and Ashley Meyer | (Children must have completed first grade) | 8/5-8/9 Monday - Friday 9am-4pm, each day | $275Throw on a pottery wheel, hand-build your favorite animals out of clay, and make colorful and whacky papier mache masks! We’ll find inspiration by looking at animals and pots from around the world, and make our own imaginary and symbolic versions. The day will include outdoor activities and some collaborative projects to build team spirit! The group will divide in 2 parts, based on age for different projects.
You will need to bring :
- two daytime snacks
- lunch
- a towel and swimsuit, if you want to go swimming
- sunscreen

Instructor: Margo Beaver | Tuesdays, 3:45-4:45pm | 6/11-7/30 (8 Classes) | $75 | 5-9 year oldsWhat’s that lurking in the grass? A hungry crocodile? What’s that perched in the tree? A crouching tiger? We’ll make fierce and friendly creatures for the out of doors, and students will take home several delightful garden projects. Part of each session will be collaboration on a large animal that will live just outside the studio. Dress to mess.
- Spin and Shape! A Wheelthrowing Class

Instructor: Margo Beaver | Tuesdays 6/11-7/30 | 5-6:30pm | $100 | 9-14 year oldsLearn wheelthrowing and handbuilding basics in this all levels inclusive class. We’ll learn how to alter our thrown creations, and also how to use stamps, sprigs and molds, slips and glazes to decorate and embellish. Get messy in this collaborative and experimental class.
